HELLO!

My name is Yugo Imanishi and I’m a third-year student at UCLA, pursuing a degree in Design Media Arts and Cognitive Science.

I am interested in how humans understand languages, signs and symbols, and my focus in cognitive science is on the philosophy of logic and language. I try to incorporate these elements in both my design projects as well as artworks.

I’m particularly fascinated by the fusion of art, design, and technology and I’ve been experimenting with sound and interactive media in my art projects. Welcome to my portfolio!
